Under the supervision of the Director of Student Auxiliary Services or designee, the Transportation Coordinator assists in managing the daily operations of pupil transportation services, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation for all students.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in supervisory or lead capacity. • Knowledge of effective employee supervision techniques and collective bargaining practices. • Experience working within a school district or similarly structured public agency.
  • Have completed more than 50% of all prerequisite requirements necessary to enroll in the Instructor Program; and • Provide a signed verification letter from the assigned CDE approved Instructor/Trainer confirming prerequisite completion, enrollment status, and progress in the course. • Possess and maintain a valid California driver's license.

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation
