Transportation Coordinator

Job Title: Transportation Coordinator 
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the Midwest – St. Louis, MO; Davenport, IA; Crete, NE, and surrounding areas)
Duration: 6-Month Contract

Summary

We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support a transportation planning team in a fast-paced environment. This remote role involves coordinating transportation activities, scheduling shipments, resolving product issues, and collaborating with operations, warehouse, and plant teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in transportation, inventory management, SAP, or Excel is a plus but not required. Occasional overtime and holiday rotation may be required.

Experience Expectations
• Transportation or inventory management experience not required, but a plus
Systems & Data Comfort
• SAP experience helpful (not required)
• Excel skills helpful:
o Filters, sorting, basic formulas
o Reviewing data for accuracy
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
