Pay Rate: $22.00 $24.00 per hour Based on Experience

1st Shift | Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related experience in the transportation or distribution field
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong skills in data entry, 10-key, and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
• Accurately complete shipping documentation and required paperwork
• Maintain records of outgoing shipments and transportation activities
• Coordinate shipments using established routing guidelines and customer requirements
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and external customers regarding shipment status and scheduling
• Prepare and print shipping paperwork using multiple logistics and warehouse systems
• Partner with operations teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries
• Follow customer-specific shipping processes and standard operating procedures
• Manage a high volume of emails and customer inquiries throughout the day
• Provide prompt resolutions to shipping issues and customer concerns
• Handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations professionally and efficiently
• Support additional logistics, shipping, and administrative duties as assigned
