  • Address issues in real time and support a culture of accountability, reliability, and professional growth.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety
  • Monitor and enforce all Instrumentum transportation procedures, including adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Promote consistent client interaction practices and instrument security throughout all transport activities.
  • Communicate and Problem-Solve
  • Act as the central point of contact for all transportation-related matters within the facility.
  • Resolve daily operational issues and escalate high-priority concerns to the Director of Transportation when needed.
  • Maintain Operational Readiness
  • Ensure transportation equipment and vehicles are inspected regularly and meet all operational standards.
  • Coordinate timely maintenance, repairs, and inventory needs with the appropriate internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

  • Reliable, timely execution of transportation operations.
  • Consistent, professional customer service from your team.
  • A calm, well-organized facility transportation function that runs like clockwork.
  • Real-time communication and effective escalation of issues.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A great environment. We’re pretty fun to work with and are building an awesome team.
  • Generous benefits and growth opportunity with a well-positioned, fast-growing company.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • At least 3 years of logistics, transportation, or operational coordination experience.
  • Experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle shifting priorities with grace.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding scheduling, safety, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with GPS and route planning tools; comfort with tech-based scheduling systems.
  • A strong ability to assess issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in healthcare logistics or sterile processing environments is a plus.
