Duties
To supervise drivers and design bus routes that allow for the smooth operation of the transportation components of the educational program, ensuring the safety of all Plano Community Unit School District No. 88 students and staff, and supporting the transportation needs of all curricular and extra-curricular programs.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follows all district and transportation policies and procedures.
Annually participates in revising the Transportation Handbook.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superintendent.
Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize work effectively.
Ability to utilize bus routing software.
Basic accounting skills and ability to use spreadsheet software.
Conversational Spanish is desirable, but not required.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Salary/Benefits
$45,000 - $60.000 Based on background and experience.
