Job Description:

This is a maintenance/personal services position working to ensure accurate asset/inventory activity and accomplishment tracking. Responsibilities include ensuring the asset inventory, personnel, materials, equipment, and contracts are entered and appropriately coded for correct payment methods. Tasks include assisting with the review of various data management systems to ensure accuracy. Additional duties include inspecting the work of a maintenance contractor and operating heavy motorized equipment. Work is performed under limited supervision. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Microsoft products, and database applications.

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must meet the following experience criteria:
  • Must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess 2 years of experience/knowledge in general maintenance and construction industry and/or experience with inventory and data management.
Licensing/Registration/Certification Requirements:
  • State-paid Medical examination that includes:
    • a drug test
  • Class C State of Maine license by first day of employment.
  • Shall obtain and retain a valid Class B State of Maine license during the initial six-month probationary period.
  • Ability to become a certified snow fighter within 12 months.
