Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Design Lead Engineer to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas!
Responsibilities:
- Lead transportation-related projects (urban/rural highways, interchanges, and municipal highways)
- Use technical expertise to provide guidance to the team
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of roadway/highway design experience
- PE License
- Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects experience preferred
- Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Salary is commensurate with experience.
