As the Transportation Digital Delivery Manager, you will help shape that transformation by leading Area digital delivery strategy, supporting pursuit and project planning, and serving as a hands-on BIM and digital delivery leader for major transportation projects and programs.

This role blends strategy, delivery, innovation, and people leadership. You will partner with Project Managers, technical teams, Area leaders, and regional and global digital delivery leaders to standardize workflows, strengthen CDE and model governance, develop training and best practices, grow digital delivery capability, and help teams deliver more coordinated, reliable, data-rich project outcomes.

In the role of Transportation Digital Delivery Manager, we''ll count on you to:

  • Lead the Area Transportation digital delivery practice by setting strategy, accelerating adoption, and helping project teams deliver more coordinated, data-rich, model-based outcomes.
  • Partner with Project Managers throughout marketing, proposals, planning, and delivery to define BIM scope and fees, develop and apply BIM Execution Plans, and execute model-based project standards and protocols across disciplines, clients, and delivery partners.
  • Serve as the BIM/digital delivery lead on major projects while providing regular coordination, guidance, and check-ins with BIM and digital design leads across other Area transportation projects to support consistent standards, resolve delivery issues, and share best practices.
  • Standardize BIM, CDE, QA/QC, and model governance practices to improve consistency, reduce rework, and strengthen confidence in model-based deliverables.
  • Develop, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary network of digital design leads and BIM managers, creating clear expectations, shared practices, and career development pathways.
  • Integrate advanced BIM uses such as 3D coordination/clash detection, 4D phasing, 5D estimating, digital twins, and digital asset management into project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Area, regional, and global leadership to align digital delivery strategy, establish consistent standards, share best practices, influence tool and workflow decisions, and support scalable adoption across transportation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of transportation infrastructure experience, including BIM/VDC leadership on complex roadway, rail, bridge, or linear infrastructure programs.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, OpenRoads Designer, Navisworks, BIM 360/Forma, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud/iTwins, Synchro, or similar platforms.
