zTrip is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Transportation Dispatcher to support daily operations and help ensure timely, efficient service across our transportation network. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, monitor trips in real time, and act as a key point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced setting, communicates effectively under pressure, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher
- Assign drivers based on trip demand, availability, and scheduling needs
- Monitor active trips and quickly respond to delays, reroutes, or service issues
- Provide clear dispatch instructions and route updates to drivers
- Communicate with customers to address questions, updates, and service concerns
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, trip details, and operational logs
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve overall efficiency and service quality
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or similar fields preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dispatch or scheduling systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required

- Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
