Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and compassionate Aides to assist drivers in safely transporting students and clients. Aides will help with boarding, securing, and monitoring passengers during transit.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients/students with boarding and exiting vehicles
Ensure all safety equipment (seatbelts, harnesses) is used properly
Communicate any concerns or incidents to the driver and supervisor
Provide a calm, supportive environment for passengers
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle interior
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with youth or individuals with disabilities preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a background check and required training
