This multifaceted role involves providing safe and efficient transportation services, assisting with environmental services (EVS), and supporting maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance within senior living, hospital, hotel, or multi-family residential apartment settings, and possess strong communication skills and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for residents, staff, or clients as required.
• Perform environmental services duties including cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, upkeep, and routine inspections.
• Work independently while maintaining motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and residents or clients.
• Adhere to all safety and operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience in senior living, hospital, hotel, or multi-family residential apartment environments.
