Banner Associates Engineering and Consulting Position

This position involves working with a team of engineers and support staff to plan, design, and deliver transportation projects from concept through construction. Depending on experience, this role may lead projects as a Project Manager or support projects as a key member of the design team.

What You'll Do

  • Work on transportation projects, including roadway design, reconstruction, and improvements for local and state clients
  • Prepare design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies throughout project development
  • Assist with project planning, design development, and permitting
  • Provide support during construction through coordination and construction administration

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with transportation, municipal, or roadway design projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
  • A desire to grow professionally and contribute to meaningful projects
