Regional consulting firm looking to add a talented Transportation Engineer to their Chicago, Illinois area office!
Responsibilities:
Lead/managetechnical design of various projects including urban/rural roadways, multi-usepaths, park designs/developments
Perform OfficeManager duties for office including personnel/job assignments
Responsiblefor client management and overall project performance metrics
Reviewdesign plans for compliance with federal, state and local regulations
Work withproject manager to establish project scope, budget, timelines and designs
Communicate/meetwith municipal clients, including cities, utility companies and state agencies
Mentor/trainjunior staff
Requirements:
B.S.Degree in Civil Engineering
5+ yearsof experience
PE License
Experienceworking in IDOT project development process, construction documentation andadministration
Experiencewith Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
