Transportation Project Manager / Engineer - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01248

Salary Range: $90k - $110k Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton / Akron, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks a Civil Transportation Project Manager who has hands-on experience in the design of ODOT bridges.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or MS in Civil / Structural Engineering degree 
• Must have a PE in OH or able to obtain one.
• Candidates must have ODOT Project Management & Bridge Construction Design experience and knowledge of civil ODOT project development process. Experience and knowledge with AASHTO, ODOT design guidance, CAD-standards, roadway, and right-of-way deliverables.
• Candidates must be a Team Leader with good time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Candidate responsibilities include the following: Oversight and monitoring of the design, plan development, and QA/QC reviews of bridge projects, preparing detailed project quantity calculations and construction cost estimates, scheduling project tasks for internal personnel, suppliers and vendors in order to complete projects on budget and on schedule, work with construction inspection teams to document that construction meets or exceeds specifications.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
