Transportation EngineerThis is a full‑time, Direct Hire opportunity.Pay Range$80 - 120K, depending on experienceResponsibilitiesLead and manage roadway and structural projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with teams to coordinate project tasks and deliverables.Confirm project compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Identify project risks and challenges.Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients.Contribute to the design and engineering of roadway and structural projects.Build client relations, prepare proposals, and bring in additional site design work.Assist with recruitment and hiring of additional site design staff.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentExperience designing and managing transportation projects for WisDOTProficient in engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or other relevant toolsStrong work ethic, self‑motivation, attention to detail, high organizational skills, and enthusiasm for transportation projectsFlexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client expectationsProblem‑solving abilities, especially in areas where documentation is limited or lacks standardizationFor more information, please apply, and/or email a copy of your resume to Beka Cassidy at BCassidy@selectek.net .#J-18808-Ljbffr
