This role represents an important step in your career—where you move from primarily executing tasks to helping shape project approaches, leading efforts, and mentoring others.You'll work on a wide range of planning and engineering projects, developing both your technical expertise and your ability to manage projects, support clients, and contribute to the success of your team.
