Job Responsibilities -
- Lead and supervise roadway design and plan development for transportation projects
- Perform corridor modeling and oversee geometric roadway design
- Produce NCDOT-compliant plans and calculate construction quantities
- Coordinate and review TMP, drainage, pavement marking, and signing plans
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Support project management tasks, including schedules and design coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and agencies
