Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
Description Unmatched Comp Time Policy Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

As a Transportation Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of projects taking ownership from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities for the Role ---------------------------
Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails.
Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of transportation projects.
Coordinate and work with a team of project managers, design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects.
Lead a project team consisting of engineers, designers, and field personnel involved in the design, modification, analysis, and constructability of water systems.
Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders.
Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources.
Assist in proposal preparation, including oral presentations, and prepare the scope, schedule, and budget for new projects.
Interface with clients, including state and local agencies.
Work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues.
Prepare review and/or approve proposals, contracts, or cost estimates.
Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with sub-consultants and clients.
Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily on time and within budget.
Coordinate design activities to ensure installation and operations will comply with specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
Perform independent reviews of work performed by others, including calculations and drawing preparation.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
