Job Description:
Collaborating with other engineers, clients, business stakeholders to identify and develop technical solutions and designs; Produce transportation design plans, specifications, and estimate packages; Perform traffic engineering studies, analysis and modeling; Utilize traffic simulation software to assess the impact of roadway designs and improvements; Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned transportation projects; Work with public agencies and private clients to develop and implement project plans; Implement recommendations for improving engineering process standards and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related. 12 months experience in the job offered . Verifiable references. Knowledge or experience in preparing transportation design plans, specifications, and cost estimates involving temporary traffic control, traffic signals, signing, pavement markings, lighting systems, utilities, and roadway geometry. Knowledge or experience in utilizing MicroStation software to develop detailed design deliverables in compliance with client and regulatory standards. Knowledge or experience in troubleshooting and resolving design issues during planning and engineering phases.
