As the Construction liaison, the incumbent works with staff from the Division of Construction across the districts to maintain the CalRoute database with current restrictions that affect permit routing. The incumbent reviews/inspects the work of others as a secondary audit and assists supervisors with reviewing and updating Caltrans permit policies, best operating practices, and permits processing software.
