Position Overview

The Transportation Growth Specialist is responsible for driving market growth through business development, community engagement, and strategic outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting services that make a meaningful impact within the community.

Working closely with local leadership, you will serve as a key representative of zTrip, developing partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and supporting initiatives that contribute to long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Growth Specialist:

Market Development & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ridership and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and community leaders
  • Manage leads, prospects, and partnerships through CRM systems
  • Schedule and conduct presentations, meetings, and business development activities
  • Cultivate long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and strategic engagement

Community Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Serve as a professional ambassador for zTrip throughout the Birmingham community
