Our summer internship program is designed to give you meaningful ownership, exposure to senior leaders, and a front‑row seat to how a global, consumer‑focused company operates.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Home Delivery Performance Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of our home delivery logistics exception tools to recommend improvements.
• Research big & bulky market exception management processes
• Design a continuous improvement process for the issue reporting data

Tool Development

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend changes to our home delivery tools
• Build documentation on tool usage and organize our dedicated SharePoint

Promotional Volume Initiatives

• During our summer selling season, assist in designing a contest for driving home delivery performance
• Design and provide regular updates to our network on HD performance
• Identify any gaps/lower performing areas that we need to engage with

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Marketing or Finance.
• Self-motivated, curious and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, or Power Query a plus

Program Details

• Duration: 10-12 weeks during the summer
• Schedule: 40 hours per week ($25 per hour)
• Format: Project‑based assignments with defined deliverables
