Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and operational readiness of tools, equipment, and lab spaces within the Transportation Technology program. Supports instructional activities by assisting instructors during lab sessions and providing day-to-day oversight of student employees, with an emphasis on safe practices. Coordinates customer service functions, including scheduling, communication, and processing repair-related documentation and transactions. Monitors inventory, supports departmental operations, and assists with events or off-site activities involving program equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Only degrees received from an accredited institution will be accepted: accreditation must be recognized by the office of degree authorization, US Department of Education, as required by ORS 348.609. Final candidate will be required to provide official transcripts for required degree.

Additional Posting Information
This is a Full-time Classified, 30 hour per week (75%) position in the Transportation Technology department. Starting compensation is entry level for Group 6 on the 2025-26 Classified Wage Schedule.
