Worksite: 100% Onsite
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM for the first 3+ weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Customer Service Associate with 1–3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, freight, or related operations.

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day transportation activities by coordinating with carriers, drivers, customers, sales teams, and internal supply chain partners to help ensure shipments and deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch, shipments, pickups, deliveries, and carrier activities.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation process.
• Resolve delivery delays, scheduling issues, and other transportation-related problems.
• Manage a high volume of emails and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS), dispatch platforms, and scheduling systems to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and transportation records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and carriers.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to address transportation needs.
• Assist with identifying solutions to operational issues and maintaining smooth delivery operations.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, freight, or related operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent transportation/logistics experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with dispatch or load-tracking systems.
• Experience coordinating with carriers and drivers.
• Knowledge of freight and transportation operations.
• Previous experience in logistics customer service or transportation coordination.
