Transportation/ Meals on Wheels Driver- Flexible Scheduling

Community First Solutions is seeking Drivers to join our Meals on Wheels and Transportation Division (The Fleet) in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Driver, you’ll play an essential role in providing safe, reliable transportation and meal delivery services for our community. You’ll be responsible for transporting clients and residents to appointments and scheduled activities, delivering Meals on Wheels, and ensuring door-through-door service while working collaboratively with dispatchers and the Director of Transportation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in supporting community members through dependable service.

Schedule: Flexible schedules available; hours vary based on need

Location: The Fleet , at Westover – 855 Stahlheber Road, Hamilton, OH 45013

Pay:

• Meals on Wheels Driver- $12 per hour
• Transportation Driver - $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to use email, GPS devices, electronic tablets, and learn new technology
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be 21 years of age or older
