Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- have at least one year of experience working in distribution, transportation, or an analytical field
- be able to work nights
- have knowledge of software, systems, and applications used in the Transportation Operations
- have knowledge of truck driver pay system (activity-based compensation with engineered labor standards)
- have knowledge of Federal DOT regulations
- have knowledge of complex activity based engineered standards
- have knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
- have knowledge of warehouse receiving operations and impact on transportation
- have knowledge of payroll processes and worker’s compensation concepts
- have knowledge or general office practices (typing, filing, phone etiquette, etc.)
- ability to work flexible hours and be available on weekends or holidays
- ability to work extended periods of time
- ability to work independently
- ability to be detailed-orientated
- ability to act in a professional manner
- ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information and matters

Preferred Qualifications
- current Lakeland Distribution associate
- have an Associate’s Degree in Business, Transportation or a related field or equivalent experience and
- have three years’ experience working in transportation
