Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Operations Manager:

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Business Performance & Strategic Planning

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve service, operational, and financial goals
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality
  • Assist with contract management, reporting, and operational reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards
