A multi -discipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business is looking for a <\/span>Senior Transportation Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> for their Milwaukee office! This is a hybrid position that includes in office work three days a week and remote work two days per week. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead transportation infrastructure projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Establish work plans/staffing for projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Coordinate engineer, technician, and production
staff activities<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare reports, specifications, and
communications<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assist with business development<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Conduct meetings with internal teams and
clients<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Supervise design/technical development<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure project goals are met within time/budget
constraints<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure projects are delivered profitably<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare design calculations/plans for a variety
of design projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and
technicians<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Mentor/train junior staff<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Travel to client meetings as needed<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s
degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on transportation or highway
design<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 8+
years of highway design/plan development or related transportation
experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - 5+
years of experience managing multi -disciplined projects<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - PE
License in the State of Wisconsin; registration in two or more states
preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong
working knowledge of the project development process<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Previous
business development experience <\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ability
to write descriptive/technically accurate proposals, specifications, and
reports<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ability
to participate in, facilitate, or lead project team meetings<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Proficient
in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience
working with MicroStation and/or OpenRoads<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience
collaborating with a multi -disciplined team of highway design, traffic,
bridge (structural), and water resources engineering professionals
preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Working
knowledge of Wisconsin DOT design/plan standards preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
Salary is commensurate with experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>
