What You'll Own

• Prospect aggressively and create net-new opportunities through calls, face to face, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Reach and influence decision makers, uncover new business needs, and earn the opportunity to compete in a fast-growing market.
• Win profitable new business and grow revenue, margin, and customer share of wallet.
• Cross-sell transportation and logistics solutions.
• Own a disciplined pipeline, follow up with urgency, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
• Partner with operations to solve issues and deliver dependable service.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or a related field preferred.
• Proven success prospecting, winning net-new business, meeting sales goals, and growing customer relationships.
• A true hunter mindset-resilient, competitive, self-directed, and motivated by results and uncapped income.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and create practical solutions.
