As a Transportation Security Guard: Airport Customer Service in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and assist travelers, visitors, and staff with professionalism and care. Requirements:

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other airport stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned airport areas, including terminals, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation; communicate relevant information to supervisors and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
