Were looking for an experienced Transportation Senior Project Manager to help lead major infrastructure initiatives across the islands. In this role youll Lead large complex multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning through completion Oversee multiple high-impact projects at once-while keeping quality budgets and schedules on point Strengthen client relationships and take an active role in business development proposals and strategic planning Guide collaborative design sessions with your team partners and community stakeholders Manage staffing and project workloads with a sharp eye on deliverables and deadlines Monitor project finances lead QAQC efforts and conduct key project reviews with operational leaders Mentor emerging project managers and foster a culture of excellence Why HDR Honolulu Because here youre not just a project manager-youre a changemaker .
