Transportation Services Associate Part-Time | Monday - Friday | 2 days, 12-16 hours/week This role provides transportation needs to our residents. Hours generally range from 12-16 per week, consisting of two scheduled days. Depending on staffing needs and resident requests, additional coverage may occasionally be needed. Our community spans all levels of care, from Independent Living to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing What You'll Do Dow Rummel Village is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Transportation Services Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable transportation for residents while creating a positive experience through meaningful interactions and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do - Safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, and other scheduled destinations.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
- Serve as a welcoming ambassador for Dow Rummel Village and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Assist residents with shopping and banking errands as needed.
- Monitor the condition of community vehicles and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Observe and report resident safety concerns or changes in condition to appropriate nursing staff.
- Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure transportation services run smoothly.
- Provide occasional front desk support, including answering phones and assisting visitors during staff breaks and absences.
- Support organizational goals by performing additional duties as assigned.

- Must be able to push and pull 60 pounds, must be able to lift 50 pounds and must be able to carry 15 pounds with two hands.
