Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

CR&R is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to oversee daily route execution, driver performance, and service reliability across assigned operations. • Lead daily route execution and driver performance
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
• Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
• Resolve service issues and support customer needs
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
