We're Hiring! Seasonal Shuttle Driver Needed! Get behind the wheel and be part of the 7 Cedars Casino experience. Friendly rides, great team, busy season fun! Provide superior transportation for 7 Cedars Resort Guests and Team Members following all laws that are issued by local, state and federal governments for the safety of human lives using limousines, shuttle busses, passenger vans, and company vehicles. Responsible for a high level of guest service following the 7 Cedars Resort Totems of Service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Drive all of 7 Cedar Resort’s fleet vehicles transporting guests and team members to various locations obeying all laws and driving in a safe manner
  • Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections; keep interior and exterior of vehicles clean; keep fueled at all times; and promptly reports maintenance issues
  • Complete daily paperwork
  • Report vehicle problems, accidents and/or citations to supervisor
  • Answer telephones as well as radio communications in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Must follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Follow all general and department policies and procedures


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Three years driving experience preferred
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members
  • A clean driving record and the ability to meet federal and state driving standards
  • Experience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance preferred
  • Able to exercise judgement and operate under time pressure when necessary
  • Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
