Lead parking operations and administration for both employees and visitors at Uptown campus. Provide input, direction, and support for parking efforts at satellite locations. Develop, lead, direct, and manage shuttle route and transportation operations for employees and visitors.  Plans and coordinates fleet operations; including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance service, repair, fueling, and disposal of hospital vehicles. Leads and directs grounds team in performance and maintenance of grounds including turf, beds, sidewalks, parking lots, garages and snow removal.

Requires expert skills across all tasks & procedures within job discipline. Demonstrates mastery of established practices and implements solutions to solve ongoing problems. Working supervisor of an operations team, spending a portion of time performing the work supervised. May allocate work and is responsible for results of team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Parking Assignments - Work closely with Human Resources and Protective Services to assign new employee parking and make changes to existing employee assignments. Maintain up to date information and manage handicap parking for those employees approved for such.

• Payroll Administration - Perform the duties of payroll administration for the entire department.

• Employee Communications Council Participate in Employee Communications Council.

• Parking Violations - Prepare and bundle all parking violation appeals for review by the Violation Appeals Committee. Respond to employees submitting violation appeals and inform them of the outcome of their appeal.

• Parking Supplies - Administer the purchase order and check request process for all parking related matters. Maintain sufficient quantities of office supplies for the office.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
