Transportation Supervisor - Night Shift

LB&B Associates Inc is looking for a dynamic and driven Transportation Supervisor for the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) to join our team supporting our operations in Huntington, WV , South Point, OH areas. Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, you will oversee the nightly operations of CDL A Truck Drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT laws and company policies. You'll be a hands-on leader who motivates the team, solves problems on the fly, and drives continuous productivity improvements.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate safe, efficient transport and distribution activities during night operations
• Monitor and enforce quality control, logistics, and dispatching procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and requirements
• Build strong relationships across departments and maintain a positive team environment
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and resolve challenges with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Uphold company policies, ethics, and integrity values

What We're Looking For

• 5 years progressive experience in transportation / distribution
• CDL A license with a safe driving record
• Tech savvy - proficiency with computers, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and accept constructive feedback
• High School Diploma or equivalency degree required.
• Commitment to efficiency and productivity improvement
