Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership — Supervise, coach, and support swing‑shift drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations
Route Oversight — Monitor route performance, adjust assignments, and resolve delivery issues in real time
Safety & Compliance — Enforce DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
Training & Development — Conduct onboarding, ride‑alongs, and ongoing skills development
Operational Reporting — Track KPIs, complete shift reports, and communicate performance updates
Customer & Store Support — Partner with store teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels
Equipment Management — Ensure vehicles are inspected, maintained, and ready for daily operations
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of transportation, logistics, or DSD leadership experience
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and delivery operations
Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Proficiency with routing systems, handheld delivery devices, or fleet software
