- Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates
- Evaluate and analyze contractor bids
- Provide construction cost support to ODOT district offices

5 yrs. engineering related technical experience in simple construction/ rehabilitation/maintenance projects or planning & design of simple civil engineering projects or materials testing, with experience to be commensurate with position to be filled. - Or 12 mos. exp. as Transportation Technical Specialist, 85871, with experience to be commensurate with position to be filled.
- Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
