The Transporter, under minimum supervision, is responsible for the transferring of patients’ from the bed, gurney wheelchair and/or table and transporting patients safely throughout the medical center. In addition, the Transporter will also assist the technologists within Imaging Services with room set up, obtaining and restocking of all supplies, completion of various department logs, and patient positioning required for various imaging modalitie
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center and AHMC. Qualifications:Must be able to effectively speak, read and write in English
1 year experience in general patient care preferred
Licenses/Certifications
Emergency Medical Technician certificate preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred
Current Healthcare Provider BLS
