As an Individualized Health Services (IHS) team member you will provide critical support to enable resident independence and quality of life.
Charter House Senior Living Community is looking for an individual to transport residents/clients to a variety of appointments in a safe and efficient manner. Your responsibilities as a transporter include completing resident/client escort assignment in a timely manner, and interacting politely and professionally with residents/clients, family members, and medical center staff.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

This supplemental position requires you to work a minimum of three 8-hour shifts (24 hours) per month. Hours are based on resident transportation needs during business hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
