• Safely transport patients to and from the Radiology Department for imaging procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation, including dressing patients for exams.
• Support daily department operations through stocking supplies and maintaining organized work areas.
• Provide front desk and clerical support, including answering phones and greeting patients professionally.
• Prepare and manage outpatient requisitions, patient reports, and medical records.
• Utilize PACS, computer systems, and office equipment to support efficient workflow.
• Deliver excellent customer service while communicating with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Assist with department errands and additional support duties throughout the facility.
• Maintain strong knowledge of common Radiology terminology and procedures.
• Promote a welcoming, patient-focused environment through friendly and professional interactions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must have BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current throughout employment
2. Transportation experience preferred
3. Starting April 2014, all new hires will require a High School diploma or Equivalent.
