Transversal Projet Manager

This role sits within a global technology organization supporting large-scale digital and infrastructure initiatives across the Americas. The position focuses on overseeing a portfolio of IT projects, strengthening governance practices, and improving reporting consistency across multiple business lines.

You will act as a central coordination point between regional stakeholders and global technology teams, ensuring projects align with established methodologies while driving transparency and execution efficiency.
What You ll Tackle
Oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects across multiple business units

Enhance project tracking, reporting, and roadmap visibility

Ensure adherence to enterprise project management frameworks and governance standards

Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to support project delivery

Facilitate UAT processes and cross-functional alignment

Support agile project execution using collaborative tools and workflows

Partner with global teams to align regional initiatives with broader technology strategy
What You Bring
7+ years of IT project management experience

Strong background in PMO functions and governance frameworks

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex environments

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery models

Experience with tools such as GitLab, Jira, or similar platforms

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to operate across distributed and cross-functional teams

Experience in financial services or regulated industries

Exposure to IT cost tracking or financial governance tools

Background in infrastructure or production support environments

Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
