Trash Truck Drivers - Roll off and Front Load - Immediate Hire

We are looking for a swing driver -  Roll off Driver and Front Load Driver who can cover multiple routes and operate different types of waste trucks (like residential, commercial rear-loader and front-loader, or roll-

off trucks) to fill in for absent drivers. They must be versatile, adaptable to various Schedules, environments and capable of performing all tasks assigned by dispatch, from collecting waste to performing vehicle inspections and delivering materials to disposal or recycling sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule:

The primary role is to be available to service on various routes that regular

drivers cannot or are on leave from this may include weekends at times.

• Versatile Truck Operation:

They are trained to operate different waste collection vehicles, such as

residential, commercial rear-loaders, front-loaders, and roll-off trucks.

• Waste Collection:

Safely collecting materials and hauling various waste, recycling, or containers to

designated disposal sites or recycling plants.

• Safety and Compliance:

Adhering to safety regulations, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

using a Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), and maintaining a clean, safe

vehicle.

• Communication:

Reporting unsafe situations, service issues, or customer requests to the Route

Manager or Dispatch.

Qualifications

• A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), typically a Class B.

• Experience in the waste management industry is often required.

• Physical capability to lift heavy materials.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
