Description:
Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, including orthopedic and neuro-surgical patients.
Priorities include zero harm, patient safety, and quality care.
Enhance the patient experience through effective pain management and proactive rounding.
Conduct bedside hand-offs to ensure continuous patient care.
Work in a 24-bed unit with surveillance and telemetry monitoring.
Care for non-acute stroke and trauma patients in a level 1 age-friendly environment.
Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care and safety practices.
