Job Summary:

 
Research Medical Center has partnered with Extant Healthcare to search for trauma surgeons to join our growing program.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board-certified surgery with trauma and surgical critical care
  • Trauma and critical care fellowship required
  • Interest in working in a busy trauma center - Trauma registry averages 2,300 per year with 20% penetrating

About Research Medical Center:
 
  • With 590+ licensed beds, the hospital features a strong complement of subspecialists and robust inpatient services including level 1 trauma (ACS & State Verified), level 1 STEMI, oncology, a comprehensive stroke program, and many more key services.
  • Surgical suite consists of a hybrid OR, 16 surgical suites, including 1 designated for trauma)
  • 32 bed open ICU beds  
  • ED Volume: 50,000 per year
