Requirements

• License: Compact RN license required at submission
• Certification: BLS required
• Experience: Prior DCI experience preferred, not required
• Travel Experience: required
• Charge Experience: Preferred, not required
• BSN: Not required
• Scope of Practice: Must perform tasks within scope of practice as requested by the client.

Job Description / Duties / Responsibilities

• Provides acute dialysis nursing care.
• May float to chronic dialysis as needed.
• Performs assigned clinical tasks within the scope of practice.
• Works according to clinic operating hours and patient-care needs.

Scheduling Notes

• Shifts are approximate and may change based on census and staffing needs.
• Six-day clinics and acute units may have longer shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and shorter shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Specific scheduling requests may reduce guaranteed hours.
• Every-other-Saturday rotation is required, but the exact rotation may not always be accommodated.
• Scheduling requests or requirements must be disclosed at submission.

Submission Requirements

• All license verifications and certifications must be provided at submission.
• Include the Nursys report for nurses.
• Include scheduling requests and any competing priorities.
• Candidates without prior DCI or travel experience may be redirected depending on submission volume.
