Wisconsin or compact RN License
AHA or ARC BLS
Minimum Experience: 3-5 yrs ICU or ER experience ( 5 yrs experience preferred)
Trauma level II experience REQUIRED.
Transfer Call Center Experience required
Charting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED.
Unit Information: Admissions and Transfer Center
Facilitates consults and transfers for patient placement for 16 hospitals.
Responsible for coordinating patient admissions from other healthcare facilities and physician offices and clinics.
