Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Ambulatory OR position at an outpatient surgical center in Kansas, requiring a KS or compact RN license and OR experience.

Details

• Ambulatory outpatient surgical center setting
• Day shift schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Shift hours: 0630–1700 (approximately 10.5-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• Minimum of one 12-hour call shift required per month
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active KS RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Prior OR/ambulatory surgical experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (two doses) or an approved declination

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of the health system must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
