LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a travel job in Brattleboro, Vermont.
Job Description & Requirements

Submission Requirements
- MUST HAVE RECENT CHILD PSYCH EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS - [REQUIRED]
- 5 years of experience as an LPN required (inpatient psych experience must be within the last 3 months, LTC will not be accepted) - [REQUIRED]
- Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - [REQUIRED]
- Will consider first time travelers
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume with psych experience and all age groups listed - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks during orientation and cannot exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
- Psych skills checklist from within the last year - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 2 supervisory references from last 1 year of employment - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active Vermont LPN license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- American Health Association BLS certification - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - [REQUIRED]

- CPI - offered onsite; please confirm at time of submission
- Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
- Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
