Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas RN license or a current multistate RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• SAMA certification required, with the option to complete it on site if needed
• Cerner experience required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced behavioral health environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in a behavioral health and psychiatric care setting
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary care team
• Support safety, therapeutic engagement, and a calm environment for patients and staff
• Administer medications and follow established psychiatric nursing protocols and clinical procedures
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain professional standards while delivering high-quality care throughout the night shift
